Miguel manages partner relationships and program quality across our clean water and sanitation projects in Central America.

Daniel researches and writes the grant proposals that bring in institutional funding from foundations and government partners.
Layla manages relationships with individual and recurring donors, making sure every supporter feels seen and thanked.

Ravi builds the budgets and forecasts behind every program launch, keeping spending aligned with what donors intended.
Sophie manages day-to-day bookkeeping and country-office reimbursements, and prepares the records behind every audit.
